Good new to IT graduates..
Dell will set up their first IT support center(internal support) outside US in Malaysia
According to Associated Press, Dell CEO Kevin Rollins said that the plan is to hire more than 1,000 Malaysians at the high-tech hub of Cyberjaya south of Kuala Lumpur.

Most companies won't pay OT is just basic salary above certain threshold (RM2k or RM2.5k); not sure which is the exact figure.
Maybe he meant the company is compenstating that by giving more leaves instead of paying OT.

Generous meaning they can offer you a good salary and benefit package including your OT, allowance and etc.
Cruel meaning you have a pressure and tension working life and a risk of retrencement.

Most of them have it, as long as its run by ppl who did not achieve their position through skill and merit. Their only resort is to make others look bad so their mediocre performance will look better. It happens everywhere, even more so here in Malaysia since you can easily buy a degree or even get one from a so called prominent local Uni just by cheating the system.
