basicly i think it's like myspace... allowing users to put html codes at certain places to give user some customability...

u'll need some knowledge with HTML or some tutorials...got a few i think...try searching for it...

also some streaming video websites give users the codes directly...just need to copy and paste.

well u have to use a certain file website like angle fire and upload ur video or music file there... then copy the address to the code apropriately...

alternatively u can search for site that provide the video and the codes and u can use for free...just that ur video display will advertise their website only

@kwws: no need to create website..upload to a file hosting site enuff oledi. yeah got website that provide music video codes so u can copy and just paste it in your profiles... try googling for music video codes


@BEGGINNER :nope...quick steps..

1.upload ur media file to a host Example: anglefire.
then the url shud be something like "http://www.anglefire.com/yourusername/party.mp3" (this[/url] is only example)

2.Copy that address into the embed media code provided by mothpath.

3.Copy that whole code and paste it in ur friendster profile, (depends on where friendster let u paste it, i dont use friendster so i dont really know where).

4.Save your profile

5.Your embed media should play everytime some one view your profile...depending on your link address and bandwidth..take note your profile will take longer to load.



*there are a lot of other codes u can use...if friendster is trying to be like myspace... then u can customize everything in your profile page... even put some java scripts and stuff...

how aaa... i uploaded my a mp3 song to multiply.com and i want it to be played when someone view my profile.. then how is the codes should be use.. <embedded> etc.....

anyway before u put video or song.. please consider people with slow connection.. so its better u just put mp3 n make sure the size not more than 1mb.. so u have to reencode the mp3 or cut the song.. why?.. bcoz this is to make sure everyone can enjoy ur page..

they can jz press d ESCAPE key to stop fr loading d mp3 or video de ma ..

not all people know about that ok.. dont assume all people have good computer knowledge...

ok, i got less that 300kb of mp3 song i cut, and how can i put it into my frenster, i means where is the suitable place to upload my mp3 and bla bla bla.. it is better if somene show step by step, i dont need music video steps only for mp3 song ....

pressing ESCAPE will stop EVERYTHING from loading.... what u can do is...look for the function "Auto start=1" or someting like that in the video or music code....

if the auto start is set to 0 or NO then it wont immediately play once the page is loaded up...and wont be downloaded also...it will only start playing once the viewer press PLAY...

but from my experience...some ppl from myspace LOOOVEEE to pu videos some times got more than 10+ video clip oledi...not to mention mp3's

loooooooonnnggggg time to load their page...sometime even hangs

tat depends .. cz if i use d <img> code .. thr's no play button .. it loads automatically .. bt if use other code yupp u can set it 2 play only if u press d play button ..
