Ok.. Now my problem is system auto-restart after OC.. I just bought new PSU oni.. maybe still not enuff juice..
PowerLogic Magnum300 300w True/pure power 600w max
Pentium 4 2.8E HT Prescott @ 3.06Ghz
MSI PM8M-V 800fsb VSL Motherboard
512mb DDR400 Pc3200 @ 219Mhz
Geforce 6600GT 128mb DDR3 @ 519/1160
My CPU idle temperature is 41c and the graphic card is 51c without OC.
After OC the CPU is 51c and the graphic card is 55c.
Problem is whenever i start 3D application. It runs for a moment and then the PC restarted. I don't think that temperature is going to cause any trouble. I was wondering if the 300w Pure power is enuff?

The Power Logic PSU always written like that, true power of the supply only half of the pure power at max.

@Amedion why not get the one with 450w at least. What's your budget to get new PSU ?

yea .. just set it to that value .. raise ur fsb until ur system restart / cannot boot into windows ... then decrease like 5mhz n prime it .. if not stable when prime .. decrease a lil bit .. until ur system stable at prime test..
