Compared with E3100, which would sound better? No need to compare bass wise, the MP3300 has a larger woofer.
Edifier
Jul 23 2005, 09:22 PM
quite close but not sure which is the best. U can compare it when the spk is here.

Feature:
Flat panel satellite design
MDF Wood enclosure for the sub
2 way satellite design
6.5" Professional design woofer
satellite: 8Wx2
Woofer: 25W
Wired remote control with volume, mute, aux in, headphone jack, & power led
Additional MIC Linking cable
Magnectically shielded drivers.
My personal view:
The bass solid then X600 & the mid better then R401.

the speaker(not woofer) could be not good (not sure@not) bc the speaker is too "thin" not good for loud voice....
soory for me say this...this is my personal view...and heard other ppl also says like that...but i still like it
Edifier
Jul 28 2005, 04:54 PM
It thin because it using the neodymium not the ordinary magnet.
It will not disppointed u cause it produce by Edifier

Personally, i feel the performance of the thin satellite will not lose to the tight satellite.
Anyway, feel it yourself once the spk is here.

I'm very impressed by the M3300 and I bought one! The clarity of the mids and highs is where it really shines. The sound is astounding especially for a PC speaker.. pretty close to Hi-Fi standards (if they could improve the imaging and transparency a bit further, it would kick every expensive PC speakers on the market.. Klipsch included!). Futhermore the sound can be pretty loud and clear at the same time (the sounds are "clean") and suits every type of music easily. At almost half the price of the S2.1D its a bargain! No qualms about recommending the new M3300. Those who like music listening (i.e. sound clarity) look no further.
Note: Don't really like those Altec Lansings anyway..

they sound a bit harsh and "loud". More suitable for gaming. The earlier Edifier series (such as R401, X600, etc) didn't impress me much either. Anyway, this new Edifier really redefines that!

i also buy 1 2 weeks ago
my thought is same as above
i put my volume to 4/5
it still very clear
i can hear the sound nicely
no doubt..........i just like my house 5.1 hi-fi system
my grandpa ask me
" can u put that speaker as my front system eps the sub-woofer ? "

Retail Price: RM239
the correct model name is M3300. the MP-series is the 'portable' series like MP210 which is mainly built for notebooks/laptops for mobility.
the MP300 retails at RM259. there is no MP3300.

Our company, Inter-Asia is the exclusive distributor for Edifier speakers in Malaysia.
We recommend that you buy from our dealer shops as that is how the way it suppose to work.
We get the stocks as the distributor, we pass it to our dealers, the dealers pass it to the end users.

If u insist on buying from us (Edifier Showroom), u can but at a fixed price which follows the Retail Price.
