We will assign enginneer(s) to ur places for investigation to check whether is the Cal-Lab fail to protect and will take ur burnt equipments to check whether is cause by lightning. If the result are Cal-Lab fail to protect and equipment is burnt by lightning, u can claim the insurance RM5000 If only your cal-lab devices burnt/malfunction, please post the damages devices to HQ (Muar, Johor) and place RM15 for repairing, and willl use back the old casing which sticked with "warranty sticker" because it cant tear off and stick on another unit, otherwise the warranty will void. But it is time consuming for repair and ur equipment in danger because lightning will strike anytime. What u can do if without insurance? If equipment burnt, sorry to heard that... BUT Cal-Lab's CEO confrimed that your equipments will 99.9% protect from out from lightning, so dont worry about your equipments... If only your cal-lab devices burnt/malfunction, please return the damaged units to me with RM25 during COD/appointment, i will change a Restored Units on the spot to you, so it save time and can protect equipments instantly with other units. But if ur Restored Units burnt again, bring along the units with RM25 and exchange on the spot also. Start Thinking about the quality of the Restored Units?
